Saturday, February 13th will mark the first day in a new series of events organized by the Turkish Canadian Society. In an attempt to introduce Turkish Canadian Professionals to the community members, TCS will start a new series of virtual events, called “Community Profiles”.
Our goal is to help Turkish Canadian community members and our youth meet different professionals from diverse backgrounds working in academic, white collar, and blue collar jobs. We hope to inform the young generations as they get ready to make career choices and help other members of the community to build strong professional networks.
The first guest in the Community Profiles series will be Dr. Selçuk Çalımsız, who works at the Edmonton facility of a global pharmaceutical company as a Sr. Research Scientist.
